Golden jubilee anniversary

Happy 50th anniversary!
Congratulations to this couple from the bottom of my heart. Marriage is not easy, not all the time. It has its ups and downs, its challenges and hardships. It requires cooperation and compromises and pulling together even when you know it would be so much easier on your own. But your spouse is also the one who is there for you when you very well know you couldn't have done it by yourself.
And what greater joy is to stop for a moment and look around you, appreciating all the things you have achieved together in those years and enjoying the best company you could imagine - your family.

This time I tried making an envelope and included just a simple card with a pocket to insert banknotes. I used an older design from Scrapberry's 12''x12'' patterned paper and a Martha Stewart Scoring Board and Envelope Tool to make a #10 sized envelope. I glued a piece of doily on the flap of the envelope and decorated it with
  • paper flowers I made from Papermania Capsule collection Oyster blush paper with a flower punch and Sizzix Paper sculpting tools. In the center of the flowers I glued gold half globes
  • Sizzix cardstock from one of their packs to cut out a Tim Holtz Heart Scribble die cut
  • Rayher alphabet die
  • Najlepši par - Kreativni ptici cutting die for the birds and cut them from gold glitter cardstock and Papermania Capsule collection Oyster blush paper.

Tiddly Spring

I adore the quiet evening moments, when I get out of my white working uniform and jump head first into the world of colours! Spring is the perfect time for it with inspiration all around me. The inspiration for this post was a cherry tree I pass every day on my way to work. The blossoms are so soft and gentle I can't help but run my fingers through them every morning, it just makes my day. I was so excited to see this new stamp at Tiddly Inks Cherry Wryn. Isn't she adorable? I could just imagine the soft petals on my skin when colouring it. A stroke of acrylic paint, a touch of Distress Inks, foamiran flowers and voila.. here she is, Miss Spring herself :) She is so adorable I made a few versions and can't wait to have time to colour some more! I'm happy to be part of TIddly Inks blog hop Also entering in : Cinspirations April challenge: Spring time Cutiepie challenge- Delightful digis Challenge up your life #90: Aquarell

Pocket money

Because the thing a teenager appreciates most on a birthday card is.. its content:) The rest most often ends up in recycling.. 😆 Entering the card in: Craft-alnica izziv #35 : Za najstnika https://veselahiska.blogspot.com/2024/04/izziv-53-crka-d.html?m=1#more
